The Mayor is in the process of introducing a new Levy to raise funding for the new Cross Rail Link. 3 levels of payment are proposed and will be implemented in April 2012 if agreed. For the first time, the Levy will include extensions over 100 squares (internal area) and will be payable once work commences.

This is a large extension, however!
