These areas include Brentwood, Thurrock, Basildon, Southend and also East London. ConstructAid draw plans for developments such as:

ABOUT OUR ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE
Unlike many of our competitors, ConstructAid charge an ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE. This is not often the case with our competitors. You will find often separate fees quoted for individual elements. For example,
- A fee for a site visit
- A fee for initial draft plans
- A fee for plans ready for submission to the Local Authority for approval
- Separate fees for plans to be submitted for building regulation approval
- Separate fees for structural calculations
- Further fees for submission of plans to the Council, copying fees, etc.
THE LIST CAN BE ENDLESS!
We charge ONE FEE to cover:
- Our site visits
- Preparing the plans for you to look at
- Further meeting/emails meet with your approval
- Structural calculations, required by Building Control
- Submission of plans to the planning department for approval
- Submission of plans to building control for approval
- Form preparation, postages and copying
Council fees (and occasionally, such fees as water authority fees are also payable and are additional). If there are any less usual additional fees payable, we will advise you.

If you want a firm quote, we will be happy to conduct a free site survey. If you are not happy for us to proceed at that stage we will walk away and you will pay nothing. If you do get quotations from others, do ask them to quote for ALL THE FEES they will charge so you can make a good comparison.
