Our Services include a FREE SITE SURVEY – No obligation – see below:

• Our services include a free site survey (distance limit applies – we can advise).
• At the site visit, general agreement will be reached on design and a breakdown of our costs.
• Confirmation will be given of approximate timescale of drawing up of your plans for your proposed extension or other project.
• If you decide not to go ahead at this stage, ConstructAid will not make a charge.
• If you decide to go ahead, plans are drawn for your approval.  ConstructAid will then visit you and if the plans are agreed by you, we will at this time collect our fees and any Council fees required to submit the applications to the Local Authority.
• Plans are prepared for submission to (where appropriate) the Local Authority Planning Department and Building Control Departments. This  includes preparation of the structural calculations. ConstructAid, unlike other Architectural Consultants, charge one fee to cover our fees for the preparation of the plans for Planning, Building Control and for preparation of structural calculations.
• If, having instructed ConstructAid to draw plans for an extension, loft conversion or other project, you then decide not to proceed, we will make a charge only for the work done to date and invoice you for this accordingly
• Examples of our drawings prepared by ConstructAid can be found on the Examples page. Further examples can also be provided on request.
  
• Free initial telephone/email advice on design.  Free estimate on our fee and the Council’s and any other Authority fees.
